Gearbox Driven Transmission

The Largo 31-110 screw air compressor range uses a gearbox driven transmission. The gearbox technology saves up to 3% efficiency compared to belt driven technology. With the gearbox technology, there is no long-term loss of energy efficiency. For better energy efficiency, the Largo 31-110 screw air compressors use IP55, IE2 motors.

Innovative Design

The Largo 31-110 has been designed to withstand the harshest condition and ambient temperature up to 46°C. The innovative design of these screw air compressors results in a smaller footprint. The smaller footprint allows you to place the compressor against a wall. The noise of the screw compressor is reduced thanks to fitted insulation foam.

Better Energy Efficiency

There is a lower pressure drop in the Largo 31-110 with the removal of valves downstream air end. A lower pressure drop creates better energy efficiency. The repositioned outlet grating also causes less pressure drop and lower power consumption of cooling fan for better energy efficiency.

Radial Fan

A radial fan (or turbine) is used in the Largo 31-110 screw air compressor range instead of an axial fan. The radial fan is located above the main motor and separated from the cooler.

High Inlet Filtration Quality

There is guaranteed high inlet filtration quality in the Largo 31-110 screw air compressors thanks to the encapsulated air filter. This filter preserves the screw air compressor against dust. A pleated 2-micron media allows for a larger filtration surface area.
