2.     You agree that the Eyre & Elliston Group is NOT liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the internet service provided.

3.     You agree not to use the wireless network for multi-media downloads, social-media postings or any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited and you are fully responsible for your use.

4.     The wireless network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

5.     As a user of this wireless network service you agree that Eyre & Elliston Group may contact you on the email address provided for marketing or other commercial purposes.

6.     Registration with an invalid email address may lead to service termination.
